हैप्पी बुद्ध पूर्णिमा 2020

भगवान गौतम बुद्ध का जन्म 563 ईसा पूर्व

कपिलवस्तु के लुंबिनी नमक स्थान पर हुआ था। उनके पिता का नाम शुद्धोधन और माता का नाम मया देवी था। शुद्धोधन शाक्य गण के मुखिया थे।

       गौतमबुद्ध के माता माया देवी की मृत्यु इनके जन्म के सातवें दिन ही हो गई।तब गौतमबुद्ध का ललन पालन उनकी सौतेली माता प्रजापति गौतमी ने की।गौतमबुद्ध का बचपन का सिद्धार्थ था।उनके सौतेली माता के आधार से ही उन्हें गौतम कहा जाने लगा। गौतमबुद्ध का विवाह 

यशोधरा के साथ हुआ।तब बुद्ध मात्र 16 वर्ष के थे। इसके बाद बुद्ध को एक पुत्र हुआ।जिसका नाम राहुल रखा गया।

बुद्ध जब सैर  कपिलवस्तु की सैर पर निकले तो उन्होंने निम्न चार वस्तुओं को देखा -----

बूढ़ा व्यक्ति, एक बीमार व्यक्ति, शव और एक सन्यासी।

सांसारिक समस्याओं से दुःखी होकर बुद्ध ने 29 वर्ष की आयु में गृह त्याग किया। जिन्हें बौद्ध धर्म में महाभिनिष्क्रमण कहा जाता है।

गृह त्याग करने के बाद बुद्ध ने वैशाली के आलार -कलाम

से संख्या दर्शन की शिक्षा ग्रहण की। आलारकलाम  बुद्ध के प्रथम गुरु हुए।

अलार कलाम के बाद बुद्ध ने राजगीर के रुद्रक्रमपुत्त से ज्ञान ग्रहण किया।

उरुवेला में बुध को कौंडिनी ,बप्पा, भादिया,महानामा एवं एसागी नामक पाच साधक मिले।

बिना अन्न जल ग्रहण किए ६ वर्ष की कठिन तपस्या के बाद ३५ वर्ष की आयु में वैशाख को पूर्णिमा की रात निरंजना  नदी के किनारे

पीपल वृक्ष के नीचे ज्ञान कि प्राप्ति हुई। आज से ही सिद्धार्थ को बुद्ध कहा जाने लगा। वह स्थान बोध गया कहलाया।बुध से अपना प्रथम उपदेश सारस नाथ में दिया, जिसे बौद्ध ग्रंथों में  धर्मचक्रप्रवर्तन कहा गया।

बुद्ध ने अपना उपदेश जनसाधारण की भाषा पली में दिया।उन्होंने अपने उपदेश कौशल,वैशाली,कौशांबी एवं अन्य राज्यों में दिए।

 Lord Gautama Buddha was born in 563 BC at the Lumbini salt place of Kapilavastu.  His father's name was Shuddhodhan and mother's name was Maya Devi.  Shuddhodhan was the head of Shakya Gana.

 Gautam Buddha's mother Maya Devi died on the seventh day of her birth. Then Gautam Buddha was raised by her step-mother Prajapati Gautami. Gautam Buddha's childhood was Siddhartha. He was called Gautam only on the basis of his step mother.  Gautam Buddha's marriage

 Happened to Yashodhara. Then Buddha was only 16 years old.  After this, Buddha had a son named Rahul.

 When the Buddha went for a walk on Kapilavastu, he saw the following four things.

 An old person, a sick person, a corpse and a monk.

 Saddened by worldly problems, Buddha left home at the age of 29.  Those in Buddhism are called Mahabhinishkramana.

 After sacrificing his home, Buddha made the blessings of Vaishali

 Educated number philosophy.  Alarakalaam became the first Guru of Buddha.

 After Alar Kalam, Buddha attained enlightenment from Rudkramaputta of Rajgir.

 In Uruvela, Mercury found five meditators named Kaundini, Bappa, Bhadiya, Mahanama and Esagi.

 Vaishakh at the age of 35 on the full moon night on the banks of the Niranjana River after 6 years of hard penance without consuming food grains

 Knowledge was received under the Peepal tree.  Siddhartha came to be called Buddha from today itself.  That place was called Bodh Gaya. He gave his first sermon from Buddha to Saras Nath, which in Buddhist texts was called Dharmachakra Pravartana.

 Buddha gave his sermon in Pali, the language of the general public. He gave his teachings in Kaushal, Vaishali, Kaushambi and other states.
